    Temple Fitness Training began humbly — with one client, a few weights, and a bench press in the spare room of Head Coach Joshua Coman’s home.

    What started as a single commitment to help someone change their life has grown into a thriving coaching team, a loyal community, and a movement that continues to raise the standard of personal training.
